We absolutely LOVE this Dental group! They are very personable and kind. I've been with Dr Bela Joshi since she moved into the Knoxville location. The team is great with kids. Very patient. I could say so much more. I'm just so pleased with this group overall. I can't say one negative thing.

I had a great visit with Peoria Family Dental Care. Due to lack of insurance , I had not had a dental cleaning in 10 years. The office was running a $99 new patient special which included X-rays, exam, and regular cleaning. My hygienist was Megan, and I told her it was really important to me that I get a cleaning done at this visit no matter what. She did a thorough exam of my mouth and recommended a more specialized cleaning due to some buildup I had from not having dental care in 10years. This cleaning was not included in the $99 special but I appreciated she was upfront about what it would cost. She added up the price of everything she recommended and told me how much it would be before I decided which cleaning to go with. I did go with the specialized cleaning and I am very glad I did because my teeth/gums now look and feel as healthy as they did 10 years ago. All the staff I interacted with were courteous and professional. In total without insurance, I spent $229 for X-rays, exam, specialized cleaning, oral cancer screening, and laser treatment for my gums. Other dental offices have quoted me a significantly higher price than that, for less services. I look forward to continui

Kinda felt pressured to get very expensive treatments and that if I didnβt the worst would happen. And the doctor saw me for less tha. 3mins telling me I needed Invisalign (way over priced) and she couldnβt do any other very expensive treatments until my teeth were aligned and they would probably only get worse if I didnβt do what she said to doβ¦my hygienist was amazing and could tell I was in shock from how much i was about to spend and was able to put a pause on it for me..thankful for her! The doctor really should focus on building a rapport with patients, not try to scare them into treatments, and not just try to see as many patients as possible in one day.its very sad to see healthcare professionals become salespeople and care less about the person in front of them. Do better!
